Spring and April
In the northern hemisphere, the name 'Spring Fever' is applied to feelings of anticipation and restlessness felt at this time of year. Much of the wildlife, and even domestic animals, are in that part of their life-cycle when a new generation is about to be unleashed on the world.
In the west, April begins with All Fools Day, a day of practical jokes and good humour. No single sensible origin for the day has been discovered, and there are many similar global traditions. The Roman Empire had a fun-filled March 25th festival called Hilaria; the joyous Hindu festival of Holi is also in late March as is the Jewish feasting and merrymaking of Purim. Persian culture has Sizdahbedar, usually on April 1st, when Iranians play pranks on one another.
April 2016 is Mathematics Awareness Month, which makes me think it is the ideal time to explore Numerology!
On the 4th, it will be Passover, and on the 12th it is 'Drop Everything and Read Day'. International Dark Sky Week is marked this year from April 11th to 15th.
Queen Elizabeth II will turn 90 on April 21st; the 22nd is the 46th annual Earth Day. Beltane; an earth festival with longer history is on the 30th.
In Numerology 2016 holds a frequency of Nine*, and Nine energy is with everyone, every day. April, as the fourth month, adds a Four which remains dominant because 9 + 4 = 13, and 1 + 3 = 4)
Four resides in the physical realm, and carries a vibration of solidity and practicality.

Nine Personal Year April calls for practicality. This is the time to complete lingering paperwork, to meet the demands of codes and by-laws that can obstruct forward movement. Universal vibrations will support this work when you apply yourself.

One Personal Year, April will bring chances to make changes and take trips that are the result of your efforts in the last three months. New opportunities lie on the other side of that change.
A
Two Personal Year is often about other people who contribute to your life-path. This April will reveal some of the people and ways that your assistance can improve. Life is a relationship, and 2016 is your year of service.
If you are in a
Three Personal Year, April may challenge you a little. It is a month of readjustment, and if you have drifted away from your life-purpose, circumstances will push you back, with no regard for your ego choices.
Everyone
No matter which Personal Year number you are living in 2016, April will demand that you meet obligations, lives up to responsibilities, and keep your promises. This is a good code of behaviour every day, for this month there is Spiritual support for embracing it as a lifestyle.

*** To calculate your Personal Year Number for 2016: Add the number of the Day you were born, to the number of the month you were born, and then add Eight.
Keep adding until you have only one digit.
For example: my birthday is 28 March, so I add 2+8 = 10, and 1+0 = 1. Add 3 for March = 4, Add 9 for 2016, totals 13. 1+3 = 4, my Personal Year number for 2016
If you were born on the 27 February, you would add 9+2+9= [20, 2+0=2] Two Personal Year for 2016
26 April 8+4+9 = Three
25 October 7+1+9 = Eight
and so on.
