Leap into February
The coming month is filled with notable days: Chinese New year; Mardi Gras; Ash Wednesday; Valentine's Day and in the US the 15th marks President's Day.
February 2nd is the midway point between the winter solstice and the Spring Equinox. It is celebrated as Imbolc: a word that has roots in several areas. Imbolc can be pronounced IMbowc with an
ow sound like
cow, or as i-MOLG.
In the Gaelic world, February 2nd is Brigid's Day, a festival connected to the new growth of Spring, now often called Saint Brigid's Day.
In Christianity this is Candlemas, a day marked almost exclusively in Roman Catholic, Anglican and Greek Orthodox congregations. 40 days after Christmas, observances focus on the blessing and purifying of Mary, Mother of Jesus.
No doubt the media will remind us of Groundhog Day, and Leap Day, on the 29th, might gain some attention.
2016 holds a frequency of Nine*, which is with everyone, every day. February, as the second month, adds a Two which remains dominant. (9 + 2 = 11, and 1 + 1 = 2)
Two resonates deeply in the area of relationships and personal communities.

One Personal Year the coming month will bring surprises. You are a portal through which the Universe enters the physical world. February will find you filled with inspiration and everyone will benefit when you share your ideas.
Two Personal Years ask for some follow-through in February. Projects, even friendships, that started in January can be cemented now. The teacher Jo Barnes says “Get it done, and
then get it right.” Waiting for perfection is futile.

Keep adding until you have only one digit.
For example: my birthday is 28 March, so I add 2+8 = 10, and 1+0 = 1 +3 for March = 4 + 9 for 2016 totals 13. 1+3 = 4, my Personal Year number for 2016
If you were born on the 27 February, you would add 9+2+9= [20, 2+0=20] Two Personal Year for 2016
26 April 8+4+9= Three
25 October 7+1+9 = Eight
and so on.
